Home Remedies for Joint Pain Relief – Tips by Acharya Manish Ji

According to Acharya Manish Ji, when toxins or waste increase inside the body, their first effect is often seen in the joints in the form of pain, stiffness, and discomfort. For effective joint pain treatment, he suggests natural home remedies that help pull out toxins from the body.

Remedy 1

  • Step 1: Take carom seeds (ajwain), fenugreek seeds (methi), fennel seeds (saunf), turmeric (haldi), and rock salt (sendha namak), and lightly roast them on a pan.

  • Step 2:  Cut an onion into two halves, apply the warm mixture of these five spices on the onion.

  • Step 3: Now place that onion on the sole of your foot and tape it properly. Keep the onion under the sole for at least 5–6 hours.

It draws out toxins from the body and gives relief from joint pain naturally.

Remedy 2

  • Step 1: Take sesame oil (til ka tel) and add fenugreek seeds, carom seeds (ajwain), turmeric, and castor leaves (arrandi k patte) to it.

  • Step 2: Cook this mixture on a low flame until all the ingredients turn dark in colour.

  • Step 3: As the mixture turns dark it means the essence of each herb seeped into the oil.

Applying this warm herbal oil on the joints can help reduce pain and give good relief.

Remedy 3

  • Step 1: Add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder and 1/5 teaspoon black pepper (kali mirch) in a cup of water.

  • Step 2: Boil the water for a few minutes until it becomes a decoction (kada).

  • Step 3: Drink this kada once in the morning and once in the evening.

  • Step 4: Do this regularly for 10 days.

After drinking it for consistent 10 days, you can drink it on alternate days or once every day. With regular use, it begins to show its positive effects on joint pain.
